Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: Items can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Final Sale Items: Personalized, custom, or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email thiaandcopr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Approval: Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Store Credit Details
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a store credit via gift card or discount code for the amount paid.
- Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
